You’re building something ambitious. I can help you work out what needs to happen next.
I work with pre-seed, seed and Series A tech founders, especially AI-native companies, on finding customer pull, product-market fit, making early hires and building a high-performing, customer-obsessed team.
I’ve spent my career alongside technology companies, from founders making their first hires to businesses preparing for an IPO. At La Fosse, we helped London’s tech sector build teams and leadership as it grew. I also created and led our Talent Advisory practice, working with early-stage founders on hiring, leadership and the transition from founder to CEO.
Inside La Fosse, I lived the growth journey too. I joined when we were a team of eight and went on to lead a business of around 300 people as CEO. We built new divisions, a technology consultancy and an academy that trained and deployed engineers into client teams. The academy grew by 500% in its first two years.
That experience gives me a useful perspective on the decisions that compound as a company grows: finding the right market, building a commercial engine, hiring ahead of your own capacity, developing leaders and keeping the team aligned with customers.
Customer pull and product-market fit. Which customers feel the problem most sharply? Why do they buy, use and return? What are you learning from the deals you win, the deals you lose and the customers who hesitate?
Sales. What should the founder sell personally? Which use case, buyer or market deserves your attention now? What needs to become repeatable before you add a salesperson?
Early hiring. Who will genuinely increase the company’s capacity at this stage? What work must they own, how will you assess them, and what needs to be clear before you bring them in?
A customer-obsessed team. How do you keep product, sales and delivery close to the people you serve as the team grows? How do you build high standards and a healthy culture from the beginning?
Founder focus. When you’re building, selling and raising at once, what is the most important decision to make now? What should you stop doing, delegate or defer?
I bring practical challenge and a working rhythm, grounded in the actual customers, people and choices in front of you.
At pre-seed, seed and Series A, the questions change quickly. The job is to learn fast, find what customers truly value and build the team and habits that can deliver something customers actually want, consistently.
If you’re at one of those turning points, let's talk about what comes next.
