We start with a short, no-strings 30-minute chemistry call to understand your context and pinpoint what really matters.

From there, a one-hour deep-dive helps us unpack one pressing challenge or opportunity in detail.

I’ll then share a tailored proposal outlining the best way to tackle it... whether that’s through coaching, board-level advisory, or outcome delivery.

Outcome Delivery

Hands-on execution for high stakes strategic priorities - typically c2 full days a week.

For example - GTM team turnarounds, pivots, hiring motions including assessing potential executives where alignment, speed and precisions are key.
